Paul Irwin


I have been working as a personal trainer since 2011 and training at Trueform since 2014. I completed my schooling at NAIT, graduating with honors from the Personal Trainer Program. Certifications that I currently hold are National Strength and Conditioning Association – Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine – Corrective Exercise Specialist, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and Functional Movement Screen Certified.

I have worked with a variety of clientele ranging from 10 to 85 years old, males and females, athletes, and people just looking to get fit.

I have experience with many sports such as soccer, golf, track and field, and I played football for the University of Alberta Golden Bears.

Favourite Workout

Strength workouts have always been my favorite. I have always enjoyed the challenge of deadlifts, squats, and other variations. A strong core is the foundation to movement and I enjoy finding new ways to challenge this area of the body.

Healthy Lifestyle Philosophy

I believe that to maintain a healthy lifestyle it’s key to be active and to ensure proper nutrition. Some personal favorites of mine include weight training, playing flag football, and getting out to the golf course.
