Experience

I have been working with Trueform since early 2017. I completed my education through Elevated Learning Academy with a diploma in personal training – with honours! I also hold a certification with ACE (the American Council on Exercise).

I have trained clients ranging in age from 16-85 and have worked with a great variety of people from different backgrounds and experience levels – think those that are brand new to training, clients who are recovering from injury, and others looking for an extra push and motivation to achieve their goals. I love sharing my knowledge and helping people to get stronger, move better and feel healthier overall.

Favourite Workout

Nothing beats a long trail run! I get out on the river trails as often as I can. When I’m not running, you will find me in the pool or biking to train for my next triathlon. In the gym I can’t pass up dead lifts or bench press. I love to challenge myself to become stronger!

It’s a shame to go through life not experiencing the strength of which our bodies are capable of. Do not be defined by what you think are your limits. Set out to break them. Set a goal and work hard to achieve it. If you say “I could never do______”, do just what you said you cannot. Prove yourself wrong!
