When it comes to group fitness, Trueform currently offers spin classes. Partner training may also be of interest. In addition, we pride ourselves on our Trueform community activities like Stairbucks (during the fall) and marathon training groups, etc.
For our spin classes expect nothing less than a fun, high-energy, heart-pounding and leg-burning workout led by Trueform personal trainer and co-owner, Brian Starks.
Spinning is great for leg strength, cardio respiratory conditioning and weight loss. It’s also lower impact and is a high intensity workout for people of all fitness levels.
We currently offer Saturday morning and Tuesday evening registered spin classes (both a fall session that starts in October and and a winter session that starts in January).
Classes generally fill up quickly, however we always accept drop-ins if a bike/bikes are open.
