I’ve been working at Trueform since 2014 and I love it!
My experience with personal training started when I played competitive soccer. During this time I was actually a client at Trueform and this is when I became passionate about fitness!
I have a Diploma in Personal Training from Mount Royal University and I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT).
I’m also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CHN). In addition to personal training, I now also offer nutritional services, which include everything from basic nutrition consultation to set meal plans to monthly nutritional programs.
Some of my athletic accomplishments include completing the Edmonton Hypothermic Half-Marathon and the Vancouver Half-Marathon.
I’m all about variety! I love giving clients lots options, and keeping things new and interesting. Metabolic and strength training are top priority. Also, you can never do enough core!
I love running, hiking and golfing with my friends and family.
